My name is Tanya, I have been certified as a Pilates Art instructor. I completed this training at Pilates Rotterdam under the guidance of Javier Velasquez.

My Pilates Journey: From Surgery to Strength and Confidence

In the spring of 2018, my life took an unexpected turn when I underwent ACL surgery. The road to recovery seemed long and daunting, filled with physical challenges and doubts. But it was during this time that I discovered the transformative power of the Pilates method, and it forever changed the course of my life.

Pilates became a place of healing, growth, and empowerment. I began to rebuild my strength, one controlled movement at a time. The emphasis on core stability and controlled, precise movements made all the difference in my rehabilitation.

As the weeks passed, I not only recovered faster than anticipated but also found something remarkable happening within me. My body was getting stronger, but so was my confidence. I was not only mending physically, but I was also discovering my inner resilience and newfound self-assuredness.

This transformative experience ignited a passion within me that drove me to become a certified Pilates instructor. I wanted to share this incredible journey with others, to help them discover their inner physical strength and the confidence that inevitably follows.
